Gulf Coast Claims Facility to meet with Philip Cossich at Oyster Convention

The 2011 annual Louisiana Oyster Industry Convention served up more than just Gulf Coast oysters; luncheon and cocktail party agenda included a thorough review of the impact that the Deepwater Horizon oil spill had on the oyster industry. Krista Friedricks, a legal representative from Feiberg’s Gulf Coast Claims Facility, spoke with CSP&T Founding Partner Philip Cossich, a member of the Plaintiffs steering committee in the multi-district oil spill litigation against BP, to discuss the legal scene.
