Biography
Born in New Orleans and raised in Houston, Texas, Sam attended Johns Hopkins University for his undergraduate studies before returning to Louisiana for his law degree from Tulane University Law School. During law school, he was actively involved in moot court, the legal aid clinic, and Tulane’s prominent pro bono program.
Sam’s practice includes general and maritime personal injury, maritime collision, vessel allisions and casualty investigations, general casualty and insurance litigation, contractual disputes and interpretation, property damage litigation, and workers’ compensation.
